Our extra virgin olive oil is obtained solely through the cold pressing of olives grown at our property - the very ones that dot our landscape and contribute to making our region so beautiful. 
With its fruity, strong flavour, it is a product of the highest quality and truly representative of Tuscany's excellent, traditional extra virgin olive oils.
