Service included:

·      Exclusive use of the outdoor swimming pool, solarium, parasols and sunbeds;

· Jacuzzi for 6 people heated;

·      Pool towels provided daily;

·      Housekeeping for 5 hours daily;

·      Weekly linen change for stays longer than one week;

·      High speed Wi-Fi internet connection;

·      Washing machine and dryer available for use by guests;

·      A formidable wine cellar with the estate's excellent wines at your disposal;

·      Complimentary wine tasting with our Winemaker on the first Sunday after check in;

·      Produce from our organic kitchen garden, fresh eggs, water, coffee and tea;

·      Concierge/Property Manager, available daily and as needed.

EXTRA SERVICES:

 -   Wood for barbecue on request;

-   Heat – Euro 1.500,00 per week, typically required between November and April;

-   Additional hours for cleaning and personal laundry on request at Euro 20,00 per hour;

-   Grocery service (max 1 time per day, nearest supermarket) at Euro 50,00 with payment on delivery;

-   Meals and anything else not specifically listed under "the rate includes".

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

-   All reservations require a 30%, not refundable deposit on confirmation.

-   The remaining balance is requested in full 30 days prior to arrival.

-   In case of cancellation 30 or more days before the arrival date, the deposit is retained.

-   Any cancellations, whether total or partial, notified less than 30 days before the arrival date will bear a penalty of 100% of the rental value. 

The penalty may, at the property’s sole discretion, be transferred to a voucher that can be used against a future booking.

-   Check-in: 4:00 PM – Check-out: within 10:00 AM.

-   Guaranty for damages – an extra deposit of Euro 2.000,00 is due on arrival and in cash, payable directly to the staff.

A refundable security deposit will be pre-authorised on your credit card on arrival.

Any damages will be intimated in writing within 24 hours of leaving the property.
